New York Prime

New York Prime has the honor of being in Boca Raton Magazine’s Hall of Fame for “Best Steak.” This dedicated steakhouse puts ample time and effort into delivering the best cuts for discerning diners. The restaurant serves only USDA Prime steaks that have aged 28 days. The steaks are then prepared “Pittsburgh-style,” also known as “Black and Blue.” This chars the steak’s exterior for a rich flavor while leaving the center rare to medium rare.

Choose from New York strip, bone-in rib steak, center cut filet, petite filet, or chopped steak. The porterhouse and tomahawk rib-eye have limited availability, but you may also catch them on the menu.

Pair your steak with gourmet sides like asparagus with hollandaise, charred Brussels sprouts, cheese mashed potatoes, loaded baked potatoes, and more. If you can save room for dessert, you’ll have plenty of choices to satisfy your sweet tooth. Take your pick from decadent cheesecake, cinnamon walnut apple pie, key lime pie, and white chocolate banana cream pie. New York Prime features a full bar as well.

Abe & Louie’s also offers an Australian Wagyu New York strip steak that delivers a distinctive buttery flavor.

Dress up your steak just as you like with optional add-ons, including Vermont cheddar, blue cheese, au poivre, hollandaise, bearnaise, portobello demi-glaze, or demi-glaze. If you’re looking for surf and turf, add a lobster tail to any entree for an additional charge. The sides include cauliflower au gratin, asparagus, jumbo baked potato, sauteed mushrooms, crispy fried onions, Abe’s lobster mac and cheese, and much more.

If you want to be sure you’re getting plenty of veggies with your steak, try the Argentine salad. It starts with a bed of sauteed vegetables and mixed greens and can be topped with your choice of flap meat, skirt steak, rib-eye, or New York strip.
