The hectic holidays are over, and you’ve got sales to check out and gift cards to spend. The weeks after the holiday season are a great time to find deals on clothing, accessories, and home goods as stores clean out last year’s stock to make room for new items. Perhaps you worked hard this holiday season, or you got a chance to relax. Either way, some shopping will do you good. Head to the coolest shopping spots in Orlando for post-holiday sales and a bit of retail therapy to help you unwind from the busy holiday season.

The Florida Mall

If you’re looking for post-holiday season deals at your favorite retailers, The Florida Mall should be your first stop. Located at 8001 S Orange Blossom Trail, this mall has all your favorite clothing stores, making this the perfect place to spend any gift cards you may have received. Don’t stop at new duds because The Florida Mall also has many other retail options, including bags, jewelry, furniture, bath and body, and more.

This shopping location is convenient for families, too. Many of the food options and stores are family-friendly. Plus, this mall has two children’s play areas. The first is located indoors near The Crayola Experience, and the second is outdoors near American Girl.

East End Market

A trip to East End Market will make any foodie’s heart sing. This food hall and marketplace is in Orlando’s Audubon Garden Park District at 3201 Corrine Drive, where you’ll find a two-story shopping area filled with award-winning local eats and retail shops. They also allow pop-up sellers, so you’re bound to find something new each time you visit.

If you want to do some retail shopping, fear not. After you try the cuisine at East End Market, stop into shops featuring locally crafted goods, whimsical home decor and plants, and sustainable kitchen items.

Disney Springs

No list of shopping areas in Orlando would be complete without Disney Springs, which you can find at 1486 Buena Vista Drive. Enjoy the magical Disney atmosphere without entering a park or dealing with crowds. With more than 100 shops, vendors, and pop-ups, Disney Springs has something for everyone.

Fans of Disney and those just looking for a lot of shopping options will find plenty of stores here. Along with some Disney-themed retail space, many stores you recognize and love have storefronts here as well. Find apparel, art, health and beauty, and of course, lots for the kids to enjoy as well. Once you have finished shopping, have a meal or dessert at one of the 63 dining locations.

Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores

Shop the best discounts and deals at Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores outlets. Some of your favorite brands have outlet stores here, and you’ll find clothing, shoes, accessories, and other fun goodies. The coolest part of this outlet mall, however, is the Team Outlet, where you can find gear for all your favorite sports teams, including Orlando City and Orlando Pride.

This mall also features a few restaurants and snack places for when you need a break. Finally, you can rent a stroller if you end up with tired kids on your hands. Find it at 15657 S. Apopka Vineland Road.

Thornton Park

Get out of the mall atmosphere and head into the Thornton Park Main Street District. This business district is part of the Thornton Park neighborhood and features local restaurants and shops for you to explore. Do some indie shopping in candle shops, pet stores, and bespoke retail locations.

Make sure to schedule time for lunch or happy hour because Thornton Park has good bars and great eats. You might also want to head to a hair salon or yoga studio for some relaxation and pampering. This thriving area also hosts art walks and festivals, so time your visit to overlap with one of its weekly events. Head to Lake Eola in Downtown Orlando to find Thornton Park.

The Mall at Millennia

Orlando’s Mall at Millennia is your destination for upscale shopping. Find the luxury brands you crave in a bright and airy two-story mall experience. One of the best features of this location is the personal styling service. You can request a complimentary meeting with a personal stylist who will find out all about your shopping wants and fashion desires. Start by requesting a session, and the personal style team will match you with the right specialist. If needed, you can even have the items your stylist picks out delivered to your home.

The Mall at Millennia also offers concierge services, package pickup, an on-site tailor, and complimentary gift card packaging. Parents will love the $20 strollers (which you can take home with you!), and those with mobility issues should ask the staff about complimentary scooters and wheelchairs. Locate it at 4200 Conroy Road.

The Pointe Orlando

The Pointe Orlando is an entertainment experience designed for adults, although kids can come as well! This spot, located at 9101 International Drive, features dining and drinking, plus an eclectic assortment of shops where you can find interesting things not available at traditional shopping malls.

What sets The Pointe Orlando apart is its entertainment options. Find a sports bar full of fun games, a movie theater with an IMAX screen, opportunities to get on the dance floor, and an improv comedy theater. Each month this spot offers a calendar of fun events, so be sure to check out what’s happening and plan your visit accordingly.
