John M. Mansour, is Chief Executive Officer of Titan Funding, LLC in Boca Raton, Florida. Prior to joining Titan Funding, Mansour was Branch Manager of Proficio Mortgage Ventures, LLC’s Boca Raton operation, one of the largest branches by volume and employment in the Proficio system. The Branch was accountable for all aspects of residential lending activity throughout the United States. As Branch Manager, Mr. Mansour needed to supplement the Bank’s operational licenses by obtaining 16 individual State licenses. The Branch was responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in residential loan originations annually. Mr. Mansour is particularly versed in JUMBO and Portfolio lending. Mr. Mansour held similar positions at First Choice Loan Services and Berkley Capital before joining Proficio.
Prior to his Banking career, Mr. Mansour was a Real Estate Developer for more than 20 years and owner of J.M. Developments, Inc. where he developed and built over $300 million worth of residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Mansour coordinated and managed all development activities from concept, site acquisition, site planning, engineering, governmental approval, financing, building, and property disposition.
Mr. Mansour has also engaged in significant Private Equity Investment. His investments have included real estate, aviation, maritime, technology and hospitality.
Mr. Mansour began his career at Arthur Young & Company after graduating from the Business School at Georgetown University with a degree in Accounting.
Mr. Mansour has served on the Board of Directors of The State Bank, and Fenton City Council. Further, he served as chairman of the City of Fenton Local Development Finance Authority.

Edward N. Piazza leads Titan Funding, LLC with a commitment to delivering tailored financial solutions to both investors and borrowers. With deep expertise in private lending, real estate financing, and alternative investments, Edward focuses on providing value-driven services that emphasize long-term financial success for clients.
Edward’s academic background includes a BS in finance from SUNY Potsdam and an MBA in banking and finance from the University of Miami. His career spans a wide range of financial roles, where he has consistently prioritized improving customer service and fostering client relationships. His work at both First Choice Bank and PNC Bank revealed opportunities to enhance client experiences in banking, propelling him into leadership positions.
At PNC, Edward helped expand the bank’s footprint in South Florida, and his founding role at Berkley Capital Corp. led to significant growth, with the firm becoming the largest net branch of First Choice Bank, achieving $500MM in volume within a year.
In 2014, Edward founded Titan Funding, LLC, bringing together his extensive industry experience to create a firm that offers customized lending and investment solutions. Titan Funding’s success is built on Edward’s vision to bridge the gap between investor expectations and borrower needs, while fostering financial growth and stability for all stakeholders.

As SVP of Investor Relations for Titan Funding, William Provost establishes and maintains relationships with accredited and institutional investors and assists them in identifying opportunities to meet their targeted goals and objectives.
William is a multi-faceted individual with extensive real estate, global sales and marketing experience, providing business development services to several companies in various aspects of planning, strategy and solutions. He has been instrumental in raising capital, both through debt and equity, to further the business strategies of many of his clients. William has been highly sought-after for his keen insight and intuition, which has allowed him to provide more value to businesses and organizations over the years.
Throughout his career, William has been an active real estate investor and developer. He currently manages real estate holdings and connects investors seeking safe, high yield returns with high-quality real estate-backed 1st lien mortgages.

As Vice President of Loan Originations, Matthew Butler oversees all of Titan Funding’s loan originations and referral partners. Matt has over a decade of experience working in commercial and residential real estate and finance. Prior to joining Titan, Matt was the Vice President of a South Florida lending company, where he was responsible for originating over $500 million in commercial and residential loans nationwide.
Matthew’s experience and knowledge of the real estate debt market adds tremendous value to the Titan Team. He is an out of the box thinker who is capable of thoughtfully evaluating a deal and can creatively add value for both the firm and sponsor. His favorite part of the job is being entrusted with the responsibility to produce sales results but succeeds in exceeding expectations. Matt is known for his diligence, forward-thinking, dedication and ability to deliver results.

Mark A. Cohen is the Director of Capital Markets- Mark has recently joined Titan Funding LLC. and will be working with investors both institutional as well as High Net Worth families. Private real estate lending is a fast growing asset class and is considered an attractive, uncorrelated way to diversify the typical stock and bond portfolio.
Mark has been in the financial services industry since 1983. He was a successful stockbroker and eventually owned his own brokerage firm. The firm was later sold to foreign investors, he stayed on several years as a principal. Later he started a Registered Investment Adviser where he managed client accounts using the Option Income Strategy he developed over the last 18 years. Eventually he ended up trading this strategy for a NYC based Hedge Fund.
Mark is a long time resident of South Florida having moved here in 1976. Personally he has been involved in a number of RE deals locally, and has worked with several private lenders in the past. Mark has a BA from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Miami.

As the Director of People Operations for Titan Funding, Carolyn is responsible for talent acquisition, employee experience and culture development.
Carolyn began her career at a large local real estate building and development firm. She brings to Titan over a decade of experience managing programs across multiple disciplines of Human Resources including talent management, recruitment, training, development and facilities management.

As Operations Manager, Angela Johnson is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Titan Funding’s real estate interests. She brings a wealth of both legal and real estate management experience to the position, with strong skills in client relations management (CRM); sales and marketing; strategic planning; and business planning and development. Ms. Johnson’s team building, legal, and managerial experience, combined with in-depth knowledge of real estate, ensures the smooth running of the Titan Funding team.
A graduate of New York Law School’s JD program, Ms. Johnson started her career as an associate attorney focusing on real estate secured transactions and landlord/tenant law. More recently, she has worked for J Philip Real Estate, LLC (Briarcliff Manor, NY), delivering dramatic increases in dollar volume growth, and as Loan Operations Officer for Bridge Capital Group, Boca Raton, where she successfully coordinated legal and accounting functions and borrower relationship management. Ms. Johnson was also employed as Operations Manager for The Nathanson Brothers Team in Boca Raton, and later as Office Manager for Boca West Realty, LLC. In both positions, she effectively administered daily activities for high-volume real estate sales teams.
