While you’re here, you’ll get to enjoy the chef’s amuse-bouche, served with a glass of blanc de blancs nonvintage champagne. Then, you can choose from their seasonal soups as a starter, including tomato basil soup, or their signature lobster bisque. You’ll then be able to enjoy their salad course followed by a hearty main course with your choice of meat, including pan-seared duck breast, braised boneless short ribs, or filet mignon.
